We're seeking a seasoned Interior Projects Specialist to spearhead growth for our interior projects vertical. This role combines design expertise, client advisory, and business development.

  • Serve as the primary advisor to clients on their workspace or interior needs.
  • Connect and close new business opportunities in office, workspaces, and other commercial interiors.
  • Cross-sell interior services to existing real estate and coworking clients.
  • Buildequation long-term partnerships with landlords, brokers, and corporate clients.

This role requires a strong understanding of interiors, materials, and fit-out processes. You'll need excellent communication and presentation skills to interpret and explain design/BOQs to clients. A problem-solving, client-first mindset is essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Advisory & Business Development:
  • - Serve as the primary advisor to clients on their workspace or interior needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Educational background in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • 4-7 years of experience in interior projects, client advisory, or design-build sales.
  • Strong relationship-building and consultative selling abilities.
  • Solid understanding of interiors, materials, and fit-out processes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to interpret and explain design/BOQs to clients.
  • A problem-solving, client-first mindset.
