Job Title: Interior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Interior Project Manager to oversee the execution of interior projects from planning to handover.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Oversight: Supervise daily site operations for interior fit-outs and renovations, ensuring timely delivery that meets design specifications and client expectations.
  • Collaboration: Liaise with clients, designers, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution, facilitating effective communication and minimizing conflicts.
  • Design Review: Review and interpret design drawings, providing technical input and quality checks to guarantee compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Site Management: Ensure compliance with construction processes, installation standards, and material management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Progress Monitoring: Monitor project timelines, track progress, and address on-site challenges as they arise, proactively resolving issues to maintain project momentum.
  • Reporting and Coordination: Prepare site progress reports and assist in procurement and material management, ensuring seamless coordination between stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • 1–4 years' experience in interior project/site execution (residential, commercial, or hospitality projects preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of interior finishes, installation standards, and construction processes.
  • Working proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and team coordination skills.
