Job Title: Team Leader Sales Closing

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Team Leader to lead our Sales Closing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting daily goals, monitoring progress, and improving sales effectiveness through coaching and reviews.

  • This role involves handling warm and hot walk-ins, building rapport, addressing objections, and pitching offerings with precision and emotional intelligence.
  • The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of project pricing, unit availability, promotional offers, buyer objections, and negotiation levers.
  • Daily adherence to SOPs is crucial, from welcoming prospects to structured tours, documentation, CRM updates, and closure workflows.
  • The team leader will facilitate upsell conversations, promoting higher floors, premium views, clubhouse upgrades, or add-on parking in line with buyer profiles.
  • Key responsibilities include training the team on pitch structure, pricing articulation, objection handling, and negotiation techniques.
  • The successful candidate will track visitor patterns, buyer questions, and conversion blockers, recommending tactical interventions to improve performance.
  • Real-time market feedback to central teams is essential, including competitor pricing, offers, and buyer sentiment.
  • Audit, process feedback, set charters and clear SOPs for the Closing team, in conjunction with Marketing and Strategy Heads.
