We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Associate to join our team. As a Business Development Associate, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Job Description:
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients and target markets through various channels, including online research, networking, and cold calling. Collaborate with local schools to generate leads and build relationships.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients by understanding their needs and requirements and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to clients, and negotiate contracts to close deals.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors by analyzing market data to identify new business opportunities.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions, prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management, and provide feedback to the product development team based on client insights.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to achieve collective goals and provide value-added services to clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree: In Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Experience: Proven experience of minimum 1 year as a Business Development Executive or in a similar role
  • Understanding: Strong understanding of the company's products/services and industry
  • Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • CRM Software: Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
