- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and escalations.
- Monitor client health scores and address potential issues promptly.
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance client value.
- Analyze client feedback to inform product and service enhancements.
