Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and programs that support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with senior management to align HR initiatives with business needs.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure timely and effective recruitment.
- Lead the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Foster positive employee relations by promoting effective communication, conflict resolution, and a respectful work environment.
- Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and development plans.
- Identify training and development needs, design and deliver training programs, and facilitate employee skill enhancement and career growth.
- Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs that are competitive, equitable, and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, attendance, and leave records.
- Prepare and submit required HR reports and documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Experience in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and training and development.
- Strong understanding of compensation and benefits administration and experience designing and implementing relevant programs.
- Familiarity with HR systems and software for data management and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with employees at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
