Job Overview

The Anti-Money Laundering Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in leading and guiding teams to deliver comprehensive monitoring, governance, oversight, and regulatory reporting.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement robust internal Know Your Customer (KYC) programs aligned with compliance frameworks, policies, and control standards.
  • Oversight of Business-As-Usual (BAU) and client refresh processes while identifying opportunities for process migration and scalability enhancements.
  • Effective people management including coaching, mentoring, and ensuring service-level standards are consistently met.
  • Collaboration with Compliance and senior business leaders to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and objectives.
  • Supervision of client onboarding processes and implementation of enhancements to improve the client experience.
  • Timely delivery of Management Information System (MIS) reports for senior stakeholders.
  • Daily account refresh activities monitoring to ensure documentation and regulatory standards are met.
  • Quality assurance reviews on onboarding and refresh cases to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Maintenance and updates of the 'Book of Work' for system enhancements, upgrades, and process improvements.
