Production Officer

About the Role:

The Production Officer will be responsible for executing production activities in shifts, operating process sequences through computer systems, interacting with supporting departments, and ensuring adherence to cGMP norms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute production activities as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Operate process sequences through computer systems
  • Interact with Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), warehouse, Engineering, safety, and other supporting departments
  • Coordinate with Distributed Control System (DCS) operators
  • Fulfill Batch Production Completion Record (BPCR) and Usage log book online
  • P Prepare Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Master Production Control Record/Batch Production Completion Record (MPCR/BPCR), Protocol, and perform Operational Qualification (OQ) and Performance Qualification (PQ) activities of equipment
  • Report near misses/incidents/deviations to senior authority
  • Restrict colleagues from deviating safety/cGMP norms
  • Provide job training to contract workmen for shift operation activities

Requirements:

  • Able to work in shifts
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of cGMP norms and regulations
  • Able to train contract workmen
