Omnichannel Cloud Telephony Operations Specialist is responsible for ensuring the operational efficiency of day-to-day dialer campaign operations. This includes achieving daily contact objectives through best practices and software tools to maximize campaign productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop outbound solution strategies around contact center technology solutions and Omni Channel ACD technology
  • Contribute to design dialer agent scripting, disposition, and reporting solutions
  • Monitor performance and efficiencies, provide recommendations for improvements
  • Document all work with systems and servers which you have responsibility
  • Implement Everise/Client dialer strategies that encompass business objectives, business rules, and dialing compliance

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point, and MS Outlook

  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a call center environment with experience in an outbound analytical role / support capacity
