Compliance Leadership Opportunity

We seek a skilled Compliance Leader to oversee our organization's governance, compliance, and ESG initiatives. As the primary contact for our global members, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring adherence to anti-corruption regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance on navigating anti-corruption laws worldwide.
  • Develop and refine our compliance tools, resources, and training programs.
  • Lead global training initiatives on sanctions compliance and anti-corruption.
  • Support due diligence projects and collaborate with external partners.
  • Promote transparency by assisting companies in disclosing anti-corruption efforts within sustainability reports.

Project Management:

  • Coordinate stakeholder engagement with German SMEs, associations, training providers, and compliance specialists.
  • Oversee development of customized training materials and manage workshop implementations.
  • Operationalize the MACN Associate Membership model for Germany and contribute to internal learning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, International Trade, Public Policy, Business, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management, compliance, ESG, or integrity risk.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of sanctions or anti-corruption frameworks.
  • Proven ability to engage with governments, international donors, NGOs, and business leaders.
  • Fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with e-learning tools is beneficial.
  • High ethical standards and commitment to our core values.
