Strategic HR Partner

We are seeking an experienced Strategic HR Partner to join our team.

  • Job Description:

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with experience in driving people practices and policy implementation. They will be responsible for implementing corporate HR policies, developing site-specific HR procedures, and ensuring compliance with group standards and local labor laws.

  • Key Responsibilities:

This role will involve managing employee life cycles, facilitating new hire onboarding, and leading talent development programs, performance management, and succession planning initiatives for plant staff. The successful candidate will also address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and implement initiatives to improve engagement and foster a positive workplace culture.

  • Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships. You will also require analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and address business challenges. Additionally, proficiency with HR management systems and data analysis tools is essential.

  • Certifications & Qualifications:

An MBA/MHRM/MSW (HR) degree with 15-20 years of experience in handling entire gamut of Human Resources is required for this position. Strong understanding of HR metrics and data analysis is a must. We are looking for a strategic thinker who can drive business outcomes through HR initiatives.
