Senior Operations Director

We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Senior Operations Director to support our operations. As the connective tissue between teams, you will ensure projects move forward efficiently and effectively.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Design, improve, and maintain internal systems, SOPs, and workflows for seamless project execution
    • Set up and optimize tools, software, and automations for operational efficiency and productivity
    • Track and improve documentation, filing systems, and knowledge hubs for easy access and collaboration
    • Evaluate and enhance performance across platforms like Monday.com, GoHighLevel, Make.com, and Zapier
    • Monitor system uptime and implement process improvements to minimize downtime
  • Project Management:
    • Lead internal, client-facing, and strategic projects from kickoff to completion with meticulous planning and timely delivery
    • Define, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and success
    • Coordinate task assignments and manage project workflows across multiple platforms
    • Liaise with stakeholders to implement marketing and tech strategies that drive business growth
  • Team Leadership & Development:
    • Foster a culture of feedback, coaching, and collaboration among team members to promote growth and accountability
    • Lead hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews to develop and retain top talent
    • Track team response time and workflow capacity to ensure optimal productivity
  • Data-Driven Decision Making:
    • Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to guide operational decisions and drive business outcomes
    • Use data analysis and reporting to inform strategic planning and resource allocation
  • Client Success Management:
    • Oversee seamless onboarding and offboarding processes to deliver exceptional client experiences
    • Maintain operational excellence to drive referrals and positive word-of-mouth
  • Risk Management:
    • Anticipate operational risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies to minimize potential threats
    • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to support digital initiatives and business growth
