Job Title: Senior Franchise Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Franchise Business Development Executive to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic franchise acquisition and deal-making efforts.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with experience in franchise acquisition and deal-making. They will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, negotiating agreements, and ensuring seamless operationalization of new franchises.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve high-quality sign-ups by aggressively chasing leads and proactively identifying new leads through high-quality sales pitches.
  • Ensure efficient operationalization and handover by achieving timely operationalization, revenue targets, and excellence in the transition process.
  • Run pre-launch marketing initiatives for business generation by coordinating with the Marketing Team to identify suitable areas and tools for visibility and enquiry generation.
  • To complete sales administration and compliance by managing and updating Lead Management System, meeting daily market visit norms, and validating KYC of prospective channel partners.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • MBA/Graduate with 5-8 years of experience in franchise acquisition and deal-making.
  • Strong sales and marketing skills, with a proven track record of driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results-oriented outcomes.
What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of ₹1,500,000 - ₹2,500,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits and opportunities for career growth within the company.
