About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Business Development Lead to join our team at Hytera, driving sales growth and business expansion in the communications sector.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business targets, leveraging market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including dealers and partners, to drive sales growth and revenue.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute marketing initiatives, product promotions, and trade shows to support business objectives.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to optimize sales processes and improve customer satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing proposals and presentations to secure new deals.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the communications industry, preferably with channel sales expertise.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English as the working language.
- Bachelor's degree or above, with a strong understanding of the communications sector.
- Ability to adapt to frequent business travel and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
