
CRM Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned CRM Expert to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our customer relationship management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective CRM strategies to drive business growth and customer engagement
- Manage and maintain our CRM database, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize CRM initiatives
- Design and deliver training programs to ensure seamless adoption and utilization of CRM tools
- Analyze data and metrics to inform CRM strategy and optimize results
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 4-6 years of experience in CRM implementation, administration, and optimization
- Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data sets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
