The Growth Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing B2B relationships with educational institutions like colleges and universities.
This includes ensuring consistent engagement and smooth communication with clients, taking ownership of growth in their designated region, and working on strategies to onboard new clients and ensure sustainable growth.
In addition, they will lead the onboarding process of new educational institutions, provide necessary training and support to clients, maintain and manage CRM systems, and regularly analyze growth metrics to ensure goals are met.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management, preferably in EdTech or Portal Promotion, and prior experience in managing B2B accounts, especially within the education sector.

Candidates must possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong ability to build relationships and manage accounts effectively, in-depth knowledge of the EdTech industry, and familiarity with CRM tools.
