The Channel Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the business delivery under Agency travel team and Tie Ups. Their primary objective is to grow the business with profits, while ensuring Channel Management -Agents operate efficiently.
- Manage daily activities of producers to maintain a strong pipeline.
- Coach and guide them to cross-sell and grow the business.
- Ensure individual agents achieve at least 20% growth annually.
- Guarantee IRDA compliance regarding licensing and commission payments of agents.
- Responsible for ensuring quality of applications.
- Support/provide guidance to producers on policy services.
- Train agents on products, processes, and USPs of the company.
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
- Responsible for achieving overall Gross Written Premium.
- Responsible for sustainable Profitability.
- Maintain Hygiene.
- Recruitment and retention of agents.
- Responsible for Activation.

Experience
