Job Description

The Channel Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the business delivery under Agency travel team and Tie Ups. Their primary objective is to grow the business with profits, while ensuring Channel Management -Agents operate efficiently.

  • Manage daily activities of producers to maintain a strong pipeline.
  • Coach and guide them to cross-sell and grow the business.
  • Ensure individual agents achieve at least 20% growth annually.
  • Guarantee IRDA compliance regarding licensing and commission payments of agents.
  • Responsible for ensuring quality of applications.
  • Support/provide guidance to producers on policy services.
  • Train agents on products, processes, and USPs of the company.

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for achieving overall Gross Written Premium.
  2. Responsible for sustainable Profitability.
  3. Maintain Hygiene.
  4. Recruitment and retention of agents.
  5. Responsible for Activation.
