We're seeking a seasoned Business Growth Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our business development unit, you'll be responsible for identifying and securing new opportunities for growth across various industries.
This high-impact role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of closing deals in the influencer marketing space.
About the Role
In this position, your core responsibility will be to act as a bridge between our creator network and brands, ensuring both parties derive maximum value from their collaborations. You'll need to analyze brand goals and target audiences to suggest suitable creators for high-impact campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and pitch influencer marketing services to potential clients.
- B.build strong relationships with key decision-makers, brand managers, and marketing teams at established companies.

- Execute structured outbound strategies to engage new leads and convert them into clients.
- Present well-thought-out influencer marketing proposals tailored to client needs using creative thinking and data-backed insights.
Requirements
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in business development specifically within the influencer marketing industry.
- A deep understanding of the space and hands-on experience working with influencers and brands is essential.
- A proven track record of closing business for influencer marketing agencies.
- Existing network of brand contacts that can be leveraged to fast-track growth.
Skills & Qualifications
- Deep knowledge of influencer marketing platforms and trends.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Strategic thinking to create high-conversion pipelines and design tailored strategies based on brand needs and audience insights.
