Job Title: Senior Growth Strategist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned growth professional to lead our e-commerce and q-commerce initiatives. As the Head of Growth, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth, optimize ad spends, and build a robust growth engine.

This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team that's shaping the future of Indian consumer goods market. You will have direct ownership of e-com and q-com growth, real accountability, and real impact.

The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in FMCG/D2C growth, q-commerce, or e-commerce, with a proven track record of scaling premium FMCG/D2C brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketplace Growth: Build and manage relationships with digital shelves, leading to increased visibility and sales.
  • Performance Marketing: Drive results through Meta Ads, Google Ads, and marketplace ad strategies.
  • Sales and Conversions: Boost sales and conversions through smart promotions and campaign execution.
  • Product Optimization: Optimize product listings and conversion funnels for maximum visibility and trust.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze key performance metrics and translate them into actionable growth plans.
  • Negotiations: Negotiate visibility slots, premium placements, and co-branded campaigns with category managers.
