Job Description

The Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR) will spearhead growth and transformation by identifying, validating, and scaling new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Category Leadership: Set revenue, margin, and efficiency targets to drive category success.
  • Growth Strategy & Portfolio Management: Define segment focus, propositions, pricing/packaging, and geo priorities to optimize growth.
  • Experimentation at Scale: Develop a disciplined test-and-learn engine across product, tech, ops, and marketing to fuel innovation.
  • Full-Funnel Ownership: Orchestrate acquisition → conversion → retention levers end-to-end to maximize ROI.
  • Team Leadership & Org Enablement: Hire and lead a cross-functional squad to drive performance.
  • Analytics, Forecasting & Risk: Establish trustworthy dashboards and models to inform decision-making.
  • Execution Excellence & Governance: Convert strategy into quarterly plans to drive execution.
  • Efficiency & Automation: Continuously improve processes and internal tools to enhance productivity.
Requirements

We are seeking an experienced entrepreneur or founder with a proven track record in a startup/high-growth environment.

Candidates should possess strong business acumen with an understanding of healthcare, wellness, or tech-enabled consumer markets.

Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to inspire cross-functional teams.
