Job Summary:
The Strategic Customer Service Manager will play a crucial role in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty at EXL IT service management. This position involves developing and implementing strategies to improve customer service quality and delivering results-oriented coaching to customer-facing teams.

Key Responsibilities:
1. **Team Performance**: Lead customer service teams to achieve exceptional customer experience metrics, including NPS, CSAT, and FCR.
2. **Coaching and Feedback**: Provide regular coaching sessions and feedback to customer service teams to enhance their communication skills and service delivery.
3. **Customer Insights**: Analyze customer feedback, surveys, and data to identify areas for improvement in service and customer satisfaction.
4. **Metrics Reporting**: Monitor and report key customer experience metrics to leadership, ensuring that progress is tracked and improvements are made.
5. **Collaboration**: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to align customer-facing efforts with company goals.
6. **Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance customer service quality.
