Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Relationship Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with high net worth clients, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving revenue growth through cross-selling and upselling HSBC's suite of wealth management products and services.

The role requires a deep understanding of the client's financial goals, aspirations, and risk tolerance, as well as the ability to provide tailored solutions that meet their unique needs. You will work closely with colleagues across the bank to deliver a seamless customer experience and drive business results.

  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH HIGH NET WORTH CLIENTS THROUGH EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TAILORED SOLUTIONS.
  • DELIVER EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE BY WORKING CLOSELY WITH COLLEAGUES ACROSS THE BANK.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have:
  • A BACHELOR'S DEGREE OR EQUIVALENT EXPERIENCE IN A RELATED FIELD.
  • A MINIMUM OF FIVE YEARS PROVEN AND PROGRESSIVE FINANCIAL SERVICES AND/OR RETAIL SALES EXPERIENCE.
  • EVIDENCE OF STRONG SALES RESULTS IN INSURANCE AND INVESTMENT PRODUCTS.
  • RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE WITH HIGH NET WORTH CLIENTS.
  • STRONG TECHNICAL SKILLS IN WEALTH MANAGEMENT.
  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION, CLIENT FOCUS, AND INFLUENCING SKILLS.
  • ABILITY TO COMMUNICATE WELL IN ENGLISH AND LOCAL LANGUAGES.
