Job Overview:

We are seeking a Manager Partnerships to drive strategic alliances, strengthen relationships, and expand our ecosystem. The ideal candidate will develop and execute partnership strategies to enhance Credgenics&apos market presence and business growth.

What youll be doing:

Strategic Partnerships & Business Development

- Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic partners (Banks, NBFCs, Fintechs, Collection Agencies, Legal Firms).
- Develop alliances with technology & service providers to enhance Credgenics offerings.
- Structure and negotiate commercial agreements, MoUs, and joint go-to-market strategies.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor partnerships to identify growth opportunities.

Relationship Management & Partner Engagement

- Cultivate and manage long-term relationships with key partners to drive business value.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring smooth collaboration and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Legal, Compliance) for seamless execution of partnerships.

Revenue & Performance Optimization

- Define and track KPIs for partner success, optimizing performance through data-driven insights.
- Drive partner-driven lead generation, co-marketing initiatives, and joint customer engagement programs.
- Ensure partners are well-trained and aligned with Credgenics product capabilities.

Compliance & Governance

- Ensure all partnerships adhere to regulatory frameworks and Credgenics compliance standards.
- Work closely with legal teams to establish risk-mitigated agreements.

What were looking for:

- Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 4+ years in Partnerships, Alliances, or Business Development in Fintech, SaaS, or BFSI.
- Strong negotiation & stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience in structuring & closing strategic partnerships.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills to engage C-level executives.
- Ability to manage multiple partnerships and drive cross-functional collaboration.
