**About Us:**

We are Prune, a fast-growing D2C brand looking for a skilled Digital Partnerships Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in affiliate marketing and a strong understanding of affiliate networks, tracking platforms, and performance marketing.

In this role, you will develop and execute the affiliate marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through strategic affiliate partnerships.

You will identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with relevant affiliate partners, publishers, and influencers, and negotiate commission structures, incentives, and exclusive deals with affiliates.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills, as well as a strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the affiliate marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through strategic affiliate partnerships.
  • Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with relevant affiliate partners, publishers, and influencers.
  • Negotiate commission structures, incentives, and exclusive deals with affiliates.
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and affiliate program policies.
  • Monitor affiliate performance metrics (traffic, conversions, ROI) and implement data-driven strategies for optimization.
  • Analyze campaign effectiveness, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.
  • Work closely with the tech and analytics team to track conversions and optimize attribution models.
  • Coordinate with content, SEO, and paid marketing teams to enhance affiliate campaign effectiveness.
  • Develop creative marketing materials and promotional strategies for affiliates.
  • Explore new affiliate channels such as influencer marketing and strategic partnerships.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, affiliate marketing best practices, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • Experience & Skills:
  • 3-5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in e-commerce, travel, telecom, or digital services.
  • Strong understanding of affiliate networks, tracking platforms, and performance marketing.
  • Expertise in data analysis, ROI measurement, and campaign optimization.
  • Ability to build and manage relationships with affiliate partners and influencers.
  • Hands-on experience with affiliate tools like Impact, CJ, Rakuten, or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and conversion attribution.
  • Soft Skills:
