We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Manager - Business Partnerships to manage key accounts, scale transactions, monitor performance funnels, and build strong relationships with our brand partners.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics and the ability to collaborate across multiple internal and external teams.

The Manager - Business Partnerships will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key brand partners, ensuring long-term engagement and business growth.
  • Identifying and implementing strategies to enhance partner performance and drive increased transaction volumes.
  • Tracking partner performance metrics, analyzing conversion funnels, and optimizing processes to maximize efficiency and results.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with internal teams across Growth, Marketing, Analytics, Product & Tech, Finance & Accounting, and Legal to streamline execution and resolve operational challenges.
  • Leveraging data-driven insights to measure performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Identifying opportunities for business expansion within existing partnerships and proposing new initiatives to drive incremental value.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • 5+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, key account management, or a related field.
  • A strong analytical skillset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • A proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders, including external brands and internal cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or digital platforms is a plus.
