Strategic Partnerships Executive

Zopper is a leading insurtech company that empowers large businesses to offer innovative insurance products to their customers. We're seeking an experienced Strategic Partnerships Executive to lead our distribution efforts, driving growth across multiple channels and developing strategic partnerships to expand market reach.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive distribution strategy to drive sales growth and market share expansion
- Oversee the creation and management of effective sales channels to optimize distribution capabilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to expand distribution channels and market reach
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key distribution partners, brokers, financial institutions, and strategic alliances
Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years of experience in sales and distribution leadership, specifically in life insurance
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree highly preferred
- Strong expertise in the life insurance industry
- Strategic leader with a proven track record in distribution strategy, sales channel management, business development, and process improvement
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with ability to cultivate strong partnerships
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
