The role of a Strategic Account Growth Manager at EvolutionCo Digital revolves around managing and nurturing client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve client goals and drive growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor and report on account performance, providing regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services or products.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to review progress, gather feedback, and discuss future plans.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices to provide clients with informed advice and solutions.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this position, you should possess:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in account management, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
- Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Google Analytics, and digital marketing tools.
