Mergers and Acquisitions Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the end-to-end execution of mergers and acquisitions transactions, encompassing strategic planning, target identification, valuation, due diligence, deal structuring, negotiations, and post-merger integration.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. M&A Strategy & Target Identification
  2. Define growth strategies and prioritize acquisition or joint venture opportunities, conduct market research and competitor analysis for strategic targets.
  3. Deal Execution
  4. Perform valuations, prepare investment memos, and board presentations, lead due diligence with internal teams and external advisors.
  5. Transaction Structuring & Negotiations
  6. Structure deals aligning with legal and tax requirements, negotiate agreements and ensure timely transaction closure.
  7. Post-Merger Integration (PMI)
  8. Plan and execute integration with key stakeholders, monitor synergies, transitions, and post-deal performance.
  9. Internal & External Stakeholder Management
  10. Collaborate across functions for deal alignment, manage relationships with advisors and strategic partners.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must hold a CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA certification, preferably with 10–15 years of experience in M&A, Corporate Development, or Investment Banking, minimum 5+ years in manufacturing or industrial sectors preferred, proven track record in handling end-to-end M&A lifecycle.
