Customer Service Trainer Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering effective training programs that drive business results.

  • Develop and implement process notes and training content that align with our business objectives.
  • Conduct regular Training Needs Assessments (TNAs) to identify areas for improvement.
  • Train new hires and provide ongoing coaching and development to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Own critical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that measure the success of our training programs.

The successful candidate will be an expert in adult learning principles, instructional design, and facilitation techniques. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions that meet the needs of our employees.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date training materials.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service training and development.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of experience in classroom, online, and blended training delivery.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a master trainer.
  • Expertise in ADDIE and Kirkpatrick evaluation models.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word.
