Job Opportunity for a Soft Skills Trainer

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Soft Skills Trainer.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored for BPO employees, focusing on communication, customer service, and leadership skills.
  • Conduct needs assessments through surveys, performance reports, and manager feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Create engaging training content, role plays, simulations, and case studies relevant to the BPO/customer service environment.
  • Cultivate employee skills in customer interaction, empathy, and problem-solving through coaching and mentoring.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and on-the-job performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with operations and HR teams to ensure training modules align with business objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of training participation and outcomes.

About the Ideal Candidate:

  • Possess excellent presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Hold a degree in Training and Development, Communications, or a related field.
  • Have 3+ years of experience in training delivery, preferably in a BPO or customer service setting.
  • Demonstrate expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
