Our team is looking for a skilled Senior Business Development Specialist to join our Cross Border Trade (CBT) initiative. This role will focus on supporting Indian sellers in expanding their global reach on Walmart, leveraging our extensive platform to drive sales and growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create scalable business strategies by analyzing the competitive landscape and defining each seller's unique value proposition;
  • Identify and recruit top sellers through various channels, aligning with our aggressive growth plans;
  • Provide consulting advice to support sellers' launch and sales growth on Walmart, ensuring seamless onboarding and customer experience;
  • Analyze personal and team KPIs, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement and strategic decision-making;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization to understand stakeholders' needs and drive business outcomes;
  • Improve sellers' onboarding experience and team effectiveness through key programs and initiatives.

Basic Requirements:

  • MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree;
  • At least 2 years of business development or account management experience, with a proven track record of recruiting and managing clients;
  • 1+ year of relevant experience in e-commerce, with a strong understanding of market trends and competitor analysis;
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence large strategic sellers and brands;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in cross-border e-commerce, with a deep understanding of international markets and trade regulations;
  • B2B experience with manufacturers and suppliers, including knowledge of India's manufacturing landscape;
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect and interpret data to inform business decisions;
  • Ability to think critically and logically, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations;
  • Experience influencing and organizing others, whether through direct management or project leadership.
