The Global Business Growth Expert role is responsible for driving the acquisition and onboarding of prospective sellers to facilitate their global sales on Walmart Marketplace.
Main Responsibilities:- Guiding sellers through the registration and launch process
- Identifying and mitigating seller pain points across the account registration to launch lifecycle
- Supporting sellers' launch and sales growth on Walmart by guiding them on relevant input levers adoption
- Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on personal KPIs and providing actionable insights for continuous improvement
- Collaborating with various stakeholders and teams across the Walmart organization to understand their needs and deliver short-term & long-term business goals
- Improving sellers onboarding experience and team effectiveness by leading key programs and initiatives
- MBA or MBA equivalent post-graduate degree from a reputable institution
- 1+ years of Business development or account management experience in recruiting and managing clients
- 1+ years of relevant experience in e-commerce industry
- Experience in independently analyzing & solving problems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with and influence large strategic sellers and brands
- Ability to prioritize work in a complex, fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams
- Ability to initiate, lead and manage projects outside of primary responsibility
- Advanced MS office skills (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Fluent in English and local language
