Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Seller Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our cross-border trade team, you will be responsible for supporting the acquisition and onboarding of prospective sellers based in India who wish to sell globally on Walmart.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the seller lifecycle, promoting key product adoption, and guiding sellers to accelerate their sales on Walmart. This includes developing scalable recruitment strategies, identifying and recruiting sellers based on overall acquisition strategic business plans, supporting sellers' launch and sales growth on Walmart with consulting advice, tracking and analyzing personal and team KPIs, and providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.

The role requires establishing and maintaining positive relationships with local cross-border e-commerce ecosystem partners to collect in-depth industry category cluster insights and drive new sellers acquisitions.
