Senior Seller Consultant

To drive sales growth for sellers globally, we are hiring Senior Seller Consultants to help acquire and onboard new sellers. They will support the development of a scalable recruitment strategy by analyzing competitive landscapes and defining seller business portfolios.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop a category-driven recruitment approach by identifying key acquisition channels and recruiting sellers based on strategic business plans;
  • Support sellers' launch and growth on our platform with consulting advice and guidance;
  • Track and analyze personal and team KPIs to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement;
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders and teams across the organization to understand their needs and deliver short-term & long-term business objectives;
  • Improve the sellers' onboarding experience and team effectiveness by leading key programs and initiatives planning and execution.
Role Requirements:

The role holder must establish and maintain positive relationships with local e-commerce ecosystems for in-depth industrial category cluster insight collection and drive new seller acquisition.
