About this Role

We're seeking a highly motivated Seller Advocate to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive adoption of omnichannel services, new features, and tools to improve product visibility.
  • Identify and address key issues impacting seller performance and experience.
  • Liaise between sellers and business teams to support key initiatives.
  • Refine business processes to optimize ad performance.
  • Implement comprehensive seller enablement strategies to improve seller ad performance and retention.
  • Represent the voice of the seller in internal discussions.
  • Oversee creation and maintenance of high-quality, actionable seller-facing content.
  • Monitor, analyze, and present seller ad performance metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams.

Requirements:

  • MBA or equivalent post-graduate degree.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce industry.
  • At least 1+ years of experience in media/digital advertising preferred.
  • Proven track record of executing successful programs that drive business growth.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in fast-paced environment.
