Job Overview

The growth supply intern will play a pivotal role in identifying, cultivating and managing strategic partnerships with key industry players, publishers and other relevant channels.

This unique opportunity offers hands-on experience in business development and partnership management within the rapidly evolving ad tech landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research & Analysis:
    • Conduct market research to identify potential channel partners and evaluate their alignment with our strategic goals.
    • Analyze industry trends, competitor activities and emerging technologies to pinpoint new partnership opportunities.
    • Assist in preparing partnership proposals, presentations and reports.
  • Partnership Development:
    • Support the team in reaching out to potential partners, setting up meetings and maintaining communication with existing partners.
    • Assist in negotiating and executing partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with our objectives.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. Product, Marketing, Sales) to ensure seamless integration and activation of new partnerships.
  • Campaign Support:
    • Help manage joint marketing campaigns with partners, including coordinating activities, tracking performance and reporting on results.
    • Work with partners to develop co-branded content and promotional materials.
    • Assist in organizing webinars, events and other partnership-driven initiatives.
  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Maintain accurate records of partnership activities, agreements and communications.
    • Prepare regular updates and reports on the status of partnerships and related initiatives.
    • Support the partnerships team with day-to-day administrative tasks as needed.
    Qualifications:
    • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
    • Strong interest in the ad tech industry and digital marketing.
    • Excellent research and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a proactive approach to tasks.
