Benori, a fast-paced start-up, seeks a seasoned Inside Sales Analyst to spearhead sales performance and drive revenue growth in its Gurgaon office. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating leads and sales opportunities, leveraging your expertise to optimize sales strategies and improve overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute email campaigns and outbound calls to source new sales opportunities, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective conversion rates.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing queries, resolving objections, and presenting credentials that showcase our services' value proposition.
  • Collaborate with sales executives to set up meetings with prospective customers, ensuring seamless handoffs and successful conversions.
  • Utilize CRM systems to update information, track progress, and analyze sales performance metrics.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong phone presence and active listening abilities
  • Familiarity with inside sales models, best practices, and procedures is highly desirable
  • A passion for working in a dynamic start-up environment, driving growth, and contributing to a rapidly evolving team

We offer an estimated salary of ₹8-12 lakhs per annum, commensurate with experience, and a competitive benefits package that supports work-life balance and professional development.
