The Sales Development Representative plays a pivotal role in driving business growth through strategic outreach and communication.
- Engage in first-level conversations with CXOs to prospect and qualify leads.
- Effectively articulate the value proposition of our products or services to create interest and qualify leads.
- Maintain positive relationships with leads through regular follow-ups and communication.
- Collaborate with the sales team to seamlessly transfer qualified opportunities for further development.
- Stay informed about the features, benefits, and updates related to our products or services.
This is a results-driven position that requires excellent communication skills, high discipline, and internal motivation. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with a focus on delivering exceptional outcomes and interpreting data to make data-driven decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 1-2 years working in Delegate Acquisition or Sponsorship Roles.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in relevant marketing platforms.
- Experience in B2B marketing/ Inside Sales.
- Familiarity with the technology or SaaS industry.
