Role
We seek an accomplished professional to serve as a strategic partner for our clients, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth through innovative AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain robust client engagements, leveraging expertise in AI and machine learning to deliver tailored solutions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement AI-driven strategies that address complex business challenges.
- Provide thought leadership and guidance on emerging technologies, empowering clients to transform their operations and customer experiences.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth through consultative engagement and solution design.
- Lead high-performing project teams, overseeing the entire lifecycle of AI solutions from pre-sales to post-sales support.
- Foster strong internal partnerships to ensure seamless solution implementation and exceed client expectations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven track record in client-facing roles within telecoms, with deep understanding of telecom operations and technologies.
- Expertise in AI, machine learning, and generative AI technologies, with focus on application in telecom sector.
- Strong business acumen, ability to translate client needs into actionable AI solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- Strong project management skills, ability to manage complex engagements effectively.
- Collaborative mindset, able to work effectively with internal and external teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with telecom-specific AI applications, such as predictive analytics, network optimization, and customer service automation.
- Familiarity with AI platforms, frameworks, and tools, and cloud-based AI solutions.
- Background in data science, machine learning engineering, or related technical field.
- Knowledge of AI ethics and regulations, particularly in telecom environments.
