  • Stay informed about market activities, products, pricing, and policies
  • Support regional and global sales efforts
  • Manage all sales-related activities
  • Monitor customer complaints, rejections, and material shortages
  • Excellent knowledge of tender work and quotation preparation
  • Order acknowledgement and delivery date management
  • Effective paperwork management and administration skills
  • Data organization and MIS presentation
  • Prompt customer communication and payment follow-up
  • Resource utilization for digital filing systems
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in manufacturing domain (mandatory)
