Strategic Sales Operations Manager

Columbia Petro Chem Private Limited seeks an accomplished Strategic Sales Operations Manager to spearhead sales operations in Mumbai.
Responsibilities:- Lead Sales Consolidation
- Sending quotations and preparing Performa invoices
- Order acceptance review and customer communication
- Frequent coordination with Factory Managers, Sales, and Logistic teams
- Stay informed about market activities, products, pricing, and policies
- Support regional and global sales efforts
- Manage all sales-related activities
- Monitor customer complaints, rejections, and material shortages
- Excellent knowledge of tender work and quotation preparation
- Order acknowledgement and delivery date management
- Effective paperwork management and administration skills
- Data organization and MIS presentation
- Prompt customer communication and payment follow-up
- Resource utilization for digital filing systems
- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing domain (mandatory)
