Job Description

You will be a key member of our Endpoint Security team, serving as the final escalation point for complex issues related to SentinelOne agents deployed on Windows.

Your responsibilities will include providing advanced technical support for SentinelOne agents installed on Windows endpoints, analyzing logs and crash dumps to diagnose and resolve technical problems, collaborating with other support teams, and participating in incident response activities.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide advanced technical support for SentinelOne agents installed on Windows endpoints.
  • Analyze logs and crash dumps to diagnose and resolve technical problems.
  • Collaborate with Level 1 & 2 support teams to effectively handle escalated customer cases.
  • Participate in incident response activities and coordinate with InfoSec teams for threat investigation or containment.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have strong hands-on experience with SentinelOne on Windows platforms, an in-depth understanding of Windows internals, and experience analyzing agent logs and forensic artifacts. You should also be proficient in PowerShell scripting and have knowledge of common malware behaviors and threat hunting techniques.
