Job Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and ambitious Management Trainees to join our Enterprise Sales team. This role is ideal for fresh MBA graduates looking to kick-start their career in the fintech industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying leads and pursuing new business opportunities with NBFCs and Banks.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key NBFC/banking clients and stakeholders.
- Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized fintech solutions to clients.
- Participate in sales meetings, negotiations, and contract discussions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
