Job Title: Relationship Manager
This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth onboarding of schools, maintaining strong engagement and driving repeat participation in our education solutions.
- Leverage existing school connections to onboard institutions into our initiatives.
- Establish and nurture strong long-term relationships with principals coordinators and decision-makers.
- Ensure end-to-end onboarding including documentation registration and payment realization.
- Act as the single point of contact for assigned schools addressing queries and ensuring high satisfaction.
- Monitor school participation track engagement levels and gather feedback.
- Conduct orientation sessions webinars and events to strengthen engagement.
- Maintain accurate school records in CRM and ensure timely reporting.
- Drive retention by ensuring schools continue participation in subsequent years.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Education Marketing or related fields.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in school relationship management educational sales or client servicing in the education/EdTech sector.
- Mandatory Established network of 50–60 schools with strong professional relationships.
- Deep understanding of the K–12 school decision-making ecosystem.
- Strong communication stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office applications.
Preferred Attributes
- Prior experience with EdTech programs or assessment solutions.
- Strong presence within the Delhi/NCR school network.
- Ability to manage multiple school accounts with professionalism and efficiency.
- Willingness to travel locally/regionally when required.
Key Performance Indicators
- Number of schools onboarded from existing network.
- School retention and repeat participation rate.
- Stakeholder satisfaction scores.
- Timeliness of payments and accuracy of handovers to operations.
