We're seeking an Experienced Community Support Specialist to join our team for a 3-month, fully remote project who will be building connections and creating meaningful user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • User Calling – Help onboard new users, re-engage inactive ones, and support retention through proactive conversations.
  • Query Resolution – Handle user queries via calls with empathy and efficiency.
  • Community Management – Organize virtual meetups, facilitate doubt-clearing sessions, and address hotline concerns.
  • Feedback Collection – Gather user insights to improve our product and support.
  • Relationship Building – Foster trust and long-term engagement with our users.
