**Overview of the Position**

As a Sales Development Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers while also identifying new business opportunities.

The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to over $110,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
**Job Description**
This intermediate sales role requires a strong understanding of the organization's products and services, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in technical sales or a related field, with a degree in dairy, food, or agricultural science, engineering, chemistry, biology, or a related field.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- At least 5 years of experience in technical sales or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A broad knowledge of Ecolab's products and services
- Sales experience and engineering skills to service accounts as needed
