Job Title:

Client Relationship Manager

Job Description
  • Nurture client relationships to ensure retention and growth opportunities.
  • Develop a client success roadmap, outlining the client experience across all touchpoints.
  • Cross-sell and up-sell services to clients to achieve targets.
  • Act as the client's focal point, liaising with various stakeholders to address their queries/issues.
  • Manage metrics to ensure they are in green, identifying root causes and implementing solutions when required.
  • Conduct business reviews with clients and focus on service delivery experience.
  • Travel to client locations for visits/audits/business launches/client meetings.
  • Liaise with internal departments to fulfill client requirements.
  • Escalate and resolve areas of concern raised by clients.
  • Monitor performance against service level agreements and flag potential issues for timely resolution.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Functional Skills: Good communication and presentation skills; strong Excel skills (VBA, SQL, R, Python an advantage)
  • Experience: 2+ years of relevant exp in Logistics industry with key account management, client retention, and client servicing
  • Behavioral Skills: Good communication and analytical skills; excellent customer service skills in problem-solving, task prioritization, and follow-up; ability to work well in team environment; collaborate with internal and external resources to gain credibility with senior management; proactive and self-driven with great sense of ownership; good negotiation and persuasion skills
