An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in Mumbai. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to drive sales growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales and enterprise sales experience, with a proven track record of success in market research, lead generation, proposal development, and negotiations. Additionally, the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients is essential, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA) is required, with at least 3 years of experience in sales roles. Experience in selling to e-commerce, retail, and travel industries is desired but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies to drive growth
- Build and maintain client relationships through effective communication and negotiation
- Conduct market research and generate leads to support sales efforts
- Develop proposals and negotiate deals to meet sales targets
Requirements:
