  • Pre-sales activities including ensuring offers and project references are ready.">
  • Anticipating next major RFI/RFP and associated risks.">
  • Supporting coordination for major RFI/RFP, defining and following action plans.">
  • New business strategy and development support.">
  • Preparing documents required for bids.">
  • Bid Management responsibilities.">
  • Supporting Business Manager and Technical Director in using CRM tools during the bid process.">
  • Qualifying businesses and strategies to answer.">
  • Preparing and organizing Go/NoGo-Bid/NoBid meetings.">
  • Ensuring group offers are used effectively to maximize the value of ALTEN's offer.">
  • Coodinating the bid team (technical, business, legal, quality, center of expertise, partners).">
  • Checking the quality of offers and financial forms prior to reviews.">
  • Storing information on CRM tools (except documents stored by Business Managers during offer reviews).">
  • Organizing and attending offer review meetings.">
  • Performing lessons learned from each Contract Finalized (CFT).">
  • Analyzing risks for each bid and alerting BU/Management/TD as required.">
  • Transversal activities and capitalization.">
  • Issuing KPIs from CRM tools and checking data accuracy.">
  • Issuing reports to Management, BU, TD, and Pre-Sales Head with adapted frequency and format.">
  • Monitoring adherence to the bid process and alerting if not respected.">
  • Analyzing the maturity of the bid process by Business Unit and defining action plans.">
  • Performing analysis for each semester for main reasons of win/lose.">
  • Capitalizing best practices, offers, and templates to maximize win rate and reuse.">
  • Explaining and enforcing the BID process, method, and tools.">
