Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Bid Manager with 10 to 15 years of experience in B2B SaaS companies to oversee and coordinate the preparation of competitive bids and proposals for Mitsogo. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in managing bids within the SaaS industry. Key Responsibilities:Lead the bid process from inception to submission, ensuring compliance with all requirements specific to B2B SaaS proposals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, finance) to gather and analyze information for bids. Develop and maintain a bid calendar, ensuring all deadlines are met and deliverables are completed on time. Create compelling, persuasive proposals that effectively communicate our SaaS solutions and value proposition.
Review and edit bid documents for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to client requirements. Maintain and update a library of bid materials, templates, and case studies relevant to the SaaS sector. Analyze past bids to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform bidding strategies and enhance competitiveness. Participate in post-bid reviews to gather feedback and improve future proposals. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in (relevant field) or equivalent experience.5 to 8 years of experience in bid management, proposal writing, or related roles within B2B SaaS companies.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in (relevant software/tools, e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM systems).
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
