Job Title: Bid Manager / Senior Pre Sales Manager
Location: Chennai
Position Type: Full Time
Reports to: VP
Key Responsibilities:
• Anchor medium to large size proactive and reactive bids RFPs.
• Prepare winning proposals that meet client business needs with attractive value propositions.
• Manage the response process against RFIs RFPs and ensure that all the milestones and deliverables meet as per the expectations within the deadlines.
• Identify inter dependencies and develop an overall bid project plan with tasks milestones deliverables and associated timelines for proposal preparation activities and tracks.
• Engage coordinate within the Bid Team Sales Practice Delivery etc to help produce deliverables according to the clients expectations within the schedules.
• Deliver a final approved proposal documents to the Client in accordance with iOPEX business rules and standard processes.
• Coordinate and plan all client presentations required as part of the bid submission.
• Provide support in Research and Collateral Development.
Required Skills:
• A minimum Bid Management Pre Sales experience of minimum 7 years in IT or ITES is a must.
• Excellent communication and multi stakeholder coordination skills is a must.
• Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office especially PowerPoint is a must.
• Proven problem solving and writing skills.
